Australian Football International (AFI) is pleased to announce that the inaugural Wings of Glory Cup will be held in Melbourne in September 2024.
Italy & Greece will meet in an International Footy double-header, with both men’s and women’s matches!
Event Format
- International Footy double-header
- 12.00pm – Greece v Italy (women)
- 2.00pm – Greece v Italy (men)
- 18-a-side (maximum of 25 players per squad)
- Both matches will consist of 4 x 20 minute quarters
- Trophy & medals for the winning teams
- Italian music, food & entertainment
- Greek music, food & entertainment
- Appearances by Greek & Italian celebrities
