Australian Football International (AFI) is pleased to announce that the inaugural Queensland 9s will be held on Saturday 9 November, 2024.

The 2024 Queensland 9s will be held at the magnificent Kawana Sports Precinct on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Kawana Sports Precinct is a 45 hectare facility which hosts an array of events including international, national, state and local games, training camps, community events as well as major live entertainment events.

The Queensland 9s follows on from the great success of the World 9s, Masters 9s and Darwin 9s, which have been crucial in developing Footy 9s in Australia. Please watch the video below as an example of how the tournament will run.
