Australian Football International (AFI) is pleased to announce the following projects we will be focusing on in 2017:
Our aim is to expand Australian Football from its existing base in South Africa to surrounding countries, including Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Swaziland & Lesotho.
Our aim is to recruit and place full-time Australian Football Development Officers throughout Asia and the Pacific, utilising the Australian Volunteers for International Development (AVID) program.
AUSSIE RULES SCHOOLS
Our aim is to work with existing stakeholders to secure funding for junior development programs in schools throughout Europe and North America, at the same time addressing community outcomes such as childhood obesity and social inclusion.
Our aim is to create and run a pilot project for the development and growth of the game in South America. Once successful, this program will be rolled out throughout the region.
Our aim is to run an annual 9-a-side tournament that allows Australian Football clubs to compete against each other in a world class event.
